Refunds
If we can't deliver, you get a full refund. A paid order that hasn't started editing can be cancelled for a full refund; once editing starts, it is finished and delivered.
Steps
- To cancel before editing starts, open the project and choose Cancel and get a refund.
- If your files are longer than the footage you paid for, you can also cancel then for a full refund.
- Refunds go back to your card through our payment processor and usually arrive within 5 to 10 days.
- A free edit that can't be delivered comes back to your account.

Can I get a refund after delivery?
If something is wrong, the changes round fixes it. If we can't deliver what was ordered, you get a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Usually 5 to 10 days to reach your card, depending on your bank.
