Revisions and the changes window
Every order includes one round of changes, and orders from $200 include two. Changes are asked for on the review page, with comments on exact moments, within 14 days of each delivery.
Steps
- Play the video and add a comment at the moment you want changed. Tag it: cut, text, captions, sound, and more.
- When the list is ready, send all the changes in one round.
- The new version comes back with every change marked. A change that couldn't be made says why.
- Caption text edits don't use a round: up to 3 per version.
- When the changes window closes, the project is marked done.
Questions
What counts as one round?
All the comments sent together. Send them as one list to get the most from each round.
What if I need more rounds?
Contact us from the project page, and further changes are quoted.
Can a round change the style completely?
A round fixes and refines the edit you have. A new direction is a new project.
