Privacy and deletion
Your files are private. Access is controlled by your account, and trusted cloud and AI processing providers under contract receive only what is needed to deliver and secure the service. The final quality check is automatic. Retention and deletion are explained on the security page.
Steps
- Raw footage is deleted 30 days after the last delivery, or kept up to 90 days for orders of up to 20 GB when you choose.
- Finished videos are kept for 365 days.
- Delete my files removes the raw footage, or every file, at once.
- Delete my account removes everything within 24 hours. Payment records are kept for 10 years, without your name, as the law requires.
- Your videos are never used to train AI models.
