Big files and folders
One order takes up to 100 video and audio files, 500 photos, 50 GB per video file and 200 GB in total. A whole folder can be dropped into the browser at once, and the upload resumes if the connection drops.
Steps
- Drag the folder onto the tool. System files are skipped.
- Archives (ZIP, RAR) aren't accepted. Unzip the archive first, then drop the folder.
- Keep the tab open while files upload. If the page reloads, choose the same files again and only the missing parts are sent.
- Unfinished uploads of a project that isn't paid are kept for 72 hours, then deleted.
Questions
What is the biggest file I can upload?
50 GB per video file and 200 GB per order. Bigger projects get a custom quote.
Can I add files after the order is paid?
Yes, until editing starts. Files can be added, replaced or removed while the order waits in the queue.
What happens to uploads I never pay for?
They are deleted 72 hours after the upload, with an email the day before.
