Uploading from a phone
On a phone, choose the videos from the Files app, not from Photos. Photos often hands the browser a smaller, compressed copy; Files keeps the full quality.
Steps
- iPhone: save the videos to Files first (Share, then Save to Files), then choose them from Files in the tool.
- Android: choose the files from the Files or My Files app; the gallery picker may send a compressed copy.
- Keep the screen on and the page open until the upload finishes. The tool keeps the screen awake while it uploads.
- If the tool says your phone sent a smaller copy, pick the same video again from Files.
Questions
Can I upload a whole folder from my phone?
Phones can't drop folders. Choose the files inside the folder instead, all at once.
Is mobile data enough?
For short videos, yes. For long footage, Wi-Fi is faster, and the upload resumes if the connection drops.
