Our promise

If we can't deliver your order, you get a full refund.

Cancel before editing starts

Until the AI starts editing, you can cancel a paid project from its page and get a full refund. A draft that wasn't paid is simply deleted with its files.

After editing starts

Once editing has started, the project can't be cancelled from the app, because the work is already being done. It is delivered by the time shown on the project page.

Files longer than the order

If your files turn out longer than what you paid for, nothing more is charged until you choose: pay the difference, edit only what you paid for, or cancel for a full refund.

After delivery

A delivered video isn't refundable. You get the rounds of changes included with your order, and if something is our mistake, we fix it for free.

Orders we refuse or can't finish

If we refuse an order under the Acceptable use policy, or the edit can't be finished, you get a full refund.

Free edits

When a free edit is cancelled or can't be finished, it goes back to your account, usable until its expiry date. Free edits have no cash value.

How refunds arrive

Refunds return to the card used for payment. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. An email confirms when the refund is issued.

Partial refunds and disputes

In some cases, for example when part of an order can't be made, we may refund part of the price; we always explain why. If something went wrong, please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can fix it faster.
